Meet The Johnsons
Pastor Stan and Lady Shae Johnson are the proud parents of the Johnson trio. They have believed in prayer since the beginning of their marriage, and prayer has brought this family through some tough times. After much prayer, God has manifested to this great celebration. These parents understand fully that sometimes God hides treasures in earthen vessels (2 Corinthians 4:7). That's why they work hard to pull out what's in their children.
Even though their children are a big part of their ministry, they each have their individual callings as well. Pastor Stan has been pastoring for 11 years and counting. He serves his local congregation weekly as he teaches, preaches, and counsels individuals and families throughout the week. Lady Shae is an ordained Evangelist who has a heart for lost souls. She is also a Registered Nurse and she touches lives daily with her presence. Together, you can find Pastor Stan and Lady Shae on Monday nights via FB Live as they teach biblical principles on their show "Lessons With Lady."
This couple knows how to work as a team and their children are the proud fruit of their labor.
Minister Kirklyn
AKA "REV"
Mr. Kirklyn is the youngest twin. He has been playing drums since the young age of one. His grandmother noticed this gift early as he would keep beat to gospel songs playing on her radio with his baby spoons!!! He along with his brother were nonverbal, but when he began to speak it was INSTANTLY discovered that he had a beautiful singing voice. As he grew, he later began to sing and write songs for various programs! Now he is the drummer/vocalist and second gear to JohnsonTrax Productions. He serves alongside his mother as a main praise and worship leader at House of Mercy! Not only that, Kirklyn accepted his call into the ministry and preached his first sermon on February 9, 2020. He is a Senior at Houston High School. Kirklyn serves as drum captain for the High School band where he plays various percussions. He can be found singing, preaching, or giving encouraging words to everyone he meets! He aspires to be a music teacher.
Kirk
AKA "Boss"
Mr. Kirk Johnson is the oldest twin!! He is currently the master mind behind the Johnson's music! Kirk has been playing piano by ear since he was 3. It was discovered one day by accident when his father purchased a toy xylophone for his birthday! Even though he was non verbal at this time, we noticed that he could repeat simple tunes such as his "ABC's" and popular commercials. We purchased his first keyboard at the age of 3, and he would come home and play songs from worship service! He officially became Minister of Music of House of Mercy in 2010 at the young age of 7 and has served faithfully ever since! To know Kirk is to LOVE Kirk!!! He is adored by ALL who meet him! He is an active choir member at Houston School District and plays trombone and bass drum in the high school band!
LaSarah
"AKA" Noonie
LaSarah used to cheer on the sidelines as she watched her brothers and mother sing as a trio!! She was very shy and had reservations concerning singing due to her having a "lisp" and stuttering when nervous. After many talks and a lil encouragement, she found out that she completes the group! Her sweet sincere voice blends into perfect harmony with her brothers whom she adores! Not only can she sing, LaSarah shares musical talents and songwriting abilities with her brothers as well. LaSarah plays piano and saxophone. She loves animating and videography as well! She plays basketball for Houston Jr High School and participates in the school choir and band as well.
