Pastor Stan and Lady Shae

Meet The Johnsons

Pastor Stan & Lady Shae Johnson
Founders of House of Mercy | Faith Builders | Purpose Cultivators

Pastor Stan and Lady Shae Johnson are the proud parents of the anointed Johnson trio — Kirk, Kirklyn, and LaSarah. Their journey together has always been anchored in prayer, and over the years, that faith has carried them through challenges, transitions, and triumphs. What started as whispered prayers has blossomed into a thriving family ministry, a growing media platform, and a testimony that God’s grace still builds homes.

🕊️ Ministry With a Mandate

For over 15 years, Pastor Stan has faithfully led House of Mercy, preaching and teaching the unfiltered Word of God while shepherding families with compassion and boldness. He serves not only as a pastor but as a counselor, community builder, and spiritual father.

Lady Shae is an ordained Evangelist, a seasoned Registered Nurse, and a passionate creative. Her heart beats for souls — especially those who feel forgotten, overlooked, or unheard. Through her writing, speaking, music, and nursing career, she ministers with both healing and hope.

Together, they co-host “Lessons with Lady” every Monday night on Facebook Live, where they explore biblical truths and real-life struggles with raw honesty and spiritual depth.

✍🏽 Authors, Creatives & Purpose Pushers

The Johnsons are also storytellers and creators. Most recently, Lady Shae released her devotional journal:
📖 When God Is Silent, STILL, I Will Hold — a 30-day devotional for those navigating silence, spiritual fatigue, and waiting seasons.

She is currently developing two additional faith-based projects:

  • When Miracles Don’t Speak – a devotional for autism moms

  • The Johnsons: Unfinished Clay… Autism Our Way – a coloring book celebrating neurodiversity and faith

Each book, project, and post is birthed from their own lived experiences — and a deep desire to uplift others through transparency and truth.

🎶 A Family on Assignment

The Johnson children are not just involved — they are invested.

  • Kirk and Kirklyn, diagnosed with autism at age 3, now produce music through their family’s brand, Johnson Trax. Their talents have been featured on two full albums and a third one currently in development titled Our Lane.

  • LaSarah writes, sings, and contributes creatively to both the music and publishing sides of the family’s work.

Together, this family is walking boldly in the lane God has designed for them — proving that purpose has no limits when God leads the way.

From the altar to the studio, the Johnsons are committed to building people, blessing lives, and boldly carrying out God’s assignment — together.

Kirk

AKA "Boss"

Producer. Musician. Worship Leader. The Sound Behind the Johnsons.

Kirk Johnson is the oldest of the Johnson twins and the musical mastermind behind the family’s sound. Known for his gentle spirit, unmatched ear, and extraordinary talent, Kirk has been capturing hearts and crafting melodies since early childhood.

His musical gift was discovered by accident when his father gifted him a toy xylophone for his birthday. Although he was nonverbal at the time due to an early autism diagnosis, Kirk amazed his family by playing recognizable melodies—like the ABC song and commercial jingles—perfectly by ear. At just 3 years old, he received his first keyboard, and by the time he started kindergarten, he was playing worship songs from church by memory.

In 2010, at just 7 years old, Kirk was officially named Minister of Music at House of Mercy, where he has faithfully served ever since. Week after week, he leads worship with excellence, humility, and anointing far beyond his years.

🎼 Musical Journey & Education

Kirk is now a Sophomore at Mississippi State University, where he is pursuing a double focus in Music and Music Production. His talent is both God-given and self-driven: in addition to piano, he has taught himself to play bass guitar, electric guitar, and trombone.

During his school years, he was an active part of the Houston High School Band, playing both trombone and bass drum, while also singing in the choir. Kirk’s versatility in music, combined with his deep love for worship, makes him a vital part of both his family’s ministry and the wider community.

❤️ A Heart That Matches the Gift

To know Kirk is truly to love Kirk. He is adored by everyone who meets him — not only for his musical brilliance, but for his kind spirit, joyful nature, and quiet strength. Whether he’s producing tracks for JohnsonTrax, leading worship, or teaching others, he carries a humility that reflects the heart of a true servant.

Kirk Johnson is more than a musician — he is a vessel of sound, spirit, and sincerity. And the world is better because of his gift.

Minister Kirklyn

Worship Leader. Drummer. Preacher. Author. Educator.

Kirklyn Johnson, the youngest of the Johnson twins, has been keeping rhythm since he could hold a spoon. At just one year old, his grandmother noticed his natural ability to keep time with gospel music on the radio, using nothing but baby spoons as drumsticks. Though he and his twin brother were both diagnosed with autism and were nonverbal at age three, Kirklyn’s voice became a revelation once he began to speak and sing. What started as silent rhythm turned into powerful sound.

As he grew, Kirklyn began writing and performing original songs for local programs and church events. He now serves as drummer, vocalist, and “second gear” behind the family’s music brand, JohnsonTrax Productions. A dedicated praise and worship leader, he serves alongside his mother, Lady Shae, at House of Mercy. His voice and heart for God continue to move the atmosphere every week.

In 2020, Kirklyn accepted his call to ministry and preached his first sermon on February 9. His passion for people and love for the Word make him a natural encourager. He is always ready to offer uplifting words to those around him.

🎓 Academic & Creative Excellence

Kirklyn is currently a senior at Mississippi State University, pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education. He graduated with honors from Northeast Mississippi Community College in 2024, where he was named to the NEMCC Hall of Fame and voted Mr. Northeast by his peers — a true testament to his character, leadership, and positive spirit.

In high school, Kirklyn served as Drum Captain for the Houston High School Band, mastering a variety of percussion instruments and leading with excellence.

📚 Author & Entrepreneur

In 2023, Kirklyn released his first book, Heaven’s Spectrum — a deeply personal and creative expression of faith, hope, and identity through the lens of autism and spiritual insight. He is also the founder of KBJ ChristianWear, a clothing line that boldly declares faith with style and purpose.

Whether he is singing, preaching, producing, or inspiring, Kirklyn Johnson is a young man walking boldly in purpose. He leads with humility, heart, and holy confidence.

LaSarah

 "AKA" Noonie

IMG_CF13DBBCE063-1.jpeg

Vocalist. Musician. Author. Animator. Worshipper

LaSarah Johnson is the youngest of the Johnson trio, but her voice, talent, and heart are a powerful force all their own. Once cheering from the sidelines while her mother and brothers sang in harmony, LaSarah never imagined that she would one day complete the group with her own voice.

Shy by nature and once hesitant because of a childhood lisp and occasional stutter, LaSarah did not always see herself as a singer. But with gentle encouragement and constant reassurance, she discovered what her family already believed — she belongs on stage too. Her sweet and sincere tone now blends beautifully with her brothers in perfect harmony. She is not just a voice. She is a vessel.

🎼 Creative, Talented & Multi-Gifted

In addition to singing, LaSarah shares her brothers’ musical ear. She plays both piano and saxophone and continues to grow as a songwriter. Her creativity extends beyond music through her love for animation, videography, and storytelling, making her an essential part of the Johnsons’ media and ministry work.

📖 Young Author and Podcast Host

In her early teens, LaSarah wrote her first devotional, Walking With Grace — a 25-day journey for teen girls navigating faith, friendship, identity, and self-worth. Written in her own words, it is an honest and heartfelt guide to walking boldly in who God created you to be.

She is also the host of her own podcast, Nunnie Speaks, where she shares thoughtful reflections, heartfelt encouragement, and real-life lessons inspired by faith, family, and legacy.

Whether she is singing, writing, animating, or encouraging her peers, LaSarah brings light to every space she enters. She is tender, talented, and deeply rooted in purpose.
